We used the best western for a our journey to Spain twice, this year forward journey and return, nice clean hotel, comfortable beds, this is our 3rd stay in the hotel, staff very friendly, clean rooms, was a good half way stop, nice Chinese place around 2 miles away, would recommend anyone to stay

Perfect stop-over to Spain

Just a one nighter, but perfectly positioned for our drive to Spain. 6 hours from Brittany and easy roads. Hotel is just 2 minutes off the Motorway and yet no road noise at all. Have stayed here before and will do again.

Welcoming receptionist on arrival, lovely clean comfortable rooms, nice bed, powerful shower, we will definitely stay again in this hotel if we travel to Spain, be aware restaurant is only open Monday - Thursday, we found a lovely Chinese buffet you can eat at that is close by, overall 5 stars for this hotel

Perfect stopover

A perfect stopover for us on our drive to Spain. Hotel is conveniently located clise to the Motorway to Biarritz. Area is safe, and Hotel is all in perfect order and scrupulously clean. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open for dinner over the weekend, but I know that this is true of many others too.

Comfy bed and great staff

Very comfortable and clean room and really helpful staff. Loved everything about this hotel except the uninspiring dinner choices at premium prices... Breakfast was good and staff were all very nice and even filled our water bottles before we left. Word of advice: its in the middle of an indiustrial business park so nothing within walking distance other than the supermarket across the road which closes at 7.30pm

Stop over en route to Portugal

One night stopover en route to Portugal. The hotel is easily found and not far from the main route down to northern Spain. Lots of parking. Good service at reception and a nice room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast that set us up for the next days travel. Lovely staff, all very helpful and very service oriented. Would definitely recommend.

Good budget hotel

Good budget hotel. It does not have a kettle in the room, no tea or coffee bag, the bathroom doesn’t have a curtain to prevent the water from spread out of the bathtube. However those things might be the acceptable level in France. The location is not bad: it is next door to 2 shopping marts. Nearby there is a bus stop to go the Bordeux city center. The staff are nice.

The room was very good value for the money but the restaurant was a little pricey. However the main course was excellent and restored my enthusiasm for French cooking which has become mediocre.

Amazing clean and tidy hotel! Great choose for an overnight stay on a longer trip. Very clean. Very nice reception service. I usually stay in 5* and some of them are worse than this lovely place.

Ideal location for stop-off stay.

Driving through France to Spain so this was a great location to stay enroute. Reception was very warm and friendly, and very helpful with everything. As it was New Year’s Eve, the restaurant wasn’t open but reception was extremely helpful with ideas for other places to eat. Great nights’ sleep before another warm reception for breakfast. Much better than anticipated and very tasty. Even though the location was just off the motorway, it was very quiet and yet very quick to get back on our way. Will definitely stay here again on our way back.

Fantastic hotel, will be back!!

We had the best stay at this hotel and it will definitely be our go-to when we need to stay in the Bordeaux area. We stayed two different times and both times were great! Location: it is close to the airport (about 12 minutes), in a quiet part of town surrounded by stores (there’s an Intermarché supermarket right across the street) There is a gated parking lot on site, completely free. Service: every single person on staff was the kindest I’ve met! Super nice and friendly and doing anything they can to help. Rooms: clean, comfortable, the beds were great, the comforters thick, everything was in working order. Coffee, tea, water.. Even had Lindt chocolates waiting for us :) Breakfast: it was very good, lots of options, clean, and again the staff was awesome! We did not try the restaurant. Noise: extremely quiet! We were on the first floor close to the lobby and yet we did not hear anything at all. The lobby is also great and welcoming. It was Christmas time so they had a box of chocolates for guests, cute decor etc. Will definitely be back and recommend it!
