"Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

"The room was nice, but the walls are thin. You can hear noises throughout the night from outside. The curtain worked well to darken the room. The pool and restaurant was nice as well, I didn’t partake in either activities though. The "

"Die Fenster waren abgeschlossen und ließen sich nicht öffnen, was wir erst nachts bemerkt haben.das Frühstück ist umfangreich, aber qualitativ nicht gut. Der Cappuccino war nicht trinkbar. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug bis zum 2. Stock, sodass wir bis in die R, Etage laufen und tragen mussten.das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind während der Coronazeit erneuert worden und daher in Ordnung. "The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."

"We so enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Boleslawiec. The staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to the town square. The shower was great, the air conditioning was refreshing, the unlimited water dispenser was a great idea, and the morning breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. We would recommend this hotel and would enjoy staying again when we're in the area. "
