"I highly recommend this hotel for the hospitable staff, beautiful setting, quiet yet accessible location and wonderful buffet. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel has a lovely outdoor seating area. The bathroom has a powerful shower and aromatic liquid soaps. The only reason I didnโt give it 5 stars is because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable for us. Be prepared for extra firm mattresses, and flat pillows, one per person. I would come here again, but honestly didnโt have the greatest sleeps. The a/c worked fine. Overall, this is a lovely hotel. We really appreciated the superior service, extra beach towels and pastries upon arrival."

"Nice, clean location right near the water in Rio. Was very nice opening the window and seeing the beautiful scenery. Lots of stairs to reach the room. By the photos on booking site, I expected a small balcony but our room did not have one. Parking was a plus (additional fee) but was a bit of a walk (mostly uphill) to reach accommodations which was challenging in the August heat with luggage. They do offer an optional service to transport luggage which we wish we purchased in hindsight. Checkout was in an adjacent building with more stairs to reach office. A/C wasnโt very powerful and we found the property to be warm and muggy, which has been our experience in most of our accommodations in Italy but wanted to note if A/C is important to you."

"We have nothing but good things to say! The staff is incredible. We had a terrible accident on our way to the hotel that left my daughter unable to walk and the staff did everything possible to to make our stay wonderful! The location is perfect! The rooms are beautiful! The view!! We will be back when we are mobile!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, and couldn't recommend it more! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made everything stress-free for us. We had many pool days, enjoyed the hotels private beach, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Also the hotel is in the heat of sestri levante, so what more could you ask for?"

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etcโฆ. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30โ luggages"
