The hotel is pretty new and in good condition. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a great level of English spoken. Included breakfast was tasty abs had a good variety.
The room was comfortable but there were several hairs found in the shower and signs that the "Hilton Clean Stay" wrap for the remote control was being reused. The paper toppers on the tea cups also had water marks, showing they have been reused. We booked the Ocean Kingdom shuttle for an 830 return but they never showed up. When we finally called them they claimed the shuttle bus had broken down, though they failed to call us and inform us about it. Magically the bus was repaired exactly when we called, though. If you use the shuttle be sure to confirm with them so you don't get stranded as we did.
Overall the place is fine but definitely not anything special. As other reviews said it's located in a new development zone so it's very isolated with nothing much around.

Pretty clean room, but check in was a problem. We were said to check in at 3 pm, but rooms weren't avaliable, so we have to just sit out at the reception until the room was ready.(4:30pm)

It's a new hotel. The location is a bit far and in new development area. So it's not within walking distance to restaurants or shops. Other than that everything was great.

I was an excellent property with great service. I is in a remote area now and there are not many other places to eat out around the area. I would recommend that they also establish a business center for guests to use for printing documents and some small business meeting rooms.

No any facilities around here, and breakfast needs to wait line. the sea sight room i booked is not that good, u cannot see that much sea view and also it was very far away from hotel. This was a not too gd user experience hotel for me.

Free shuttle bus to ChimeLong park or HengQin depart 930am and 1030am only, reservation is require. Thanks for staff who helped us to call DiDi pick up.
