"Our room had easy access, and was very, very clean and quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We parked just outside our door, and it was very convenient for us. "Traveled from Pa to Ohio for a festival & stayed at The Garland. We did not arrive until about 2:30am-3am. I called ahead of time to make sure it was ok and they had no issues with it. The room was very clean! Had a mini fridge, the fridge also had a small freezer in it, microwave, coffee maker. All the essentials. Offered breakfast every morning until 10am. Got breakfast once and was pleased! Left do not disturb on the door, the housekeeper still made sure there were enough towels and left two extra of each kind outside the door in a bag which I thought was super thoughtful so we never had to look for staff to ask for extra. AC worked as it should. Small balcony was a plus. If I ever find myself in the area again… maybe next years festival, I would definitely stay again. Also I just loved the way the shower was set up in the bathroom… looking to put one just like that in my house now lol. Highly recommend!"

"It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant is great. Our disappointment was in the room for the large price we paid. The room was much smaller than others. It did not have a microwave or fridge. The shower was dangerously small and extremely slippery. No hand rails at all. ( has towel racks on glass door but can’t use as a hand rails or it would break the door) The slippery fiberglass floor in the shower had no ridges or protective grooves. Very easy to fall. I know from experience. But beautiful setting and wonderful staff."
