"Overall good hotel. Shuttle staff were great, as well as front desk staff. The room was nice and clean with my only complaint being the air conditioner was really loud and rattled all night. The pillows could have been better - they were not supportive and flattened almost immediately."

"It was a clean room. Nice mattress .nice area. The breakfast was definitely lacking though. It had waffle maker but everything stuck to it. The eggs and hash kept running out and we're never filled at the same time. The milk and juice were in cartons and small cups that also kept running out."

"My stay here put this hotel at the very top of my list for best hotels I've ever stayed at. The entire property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was easy to find. Although I didn't make it to the courtyard My view of it from the 2nd floor balcony was immaculate! The sound of the water fall in the pond and the beautiful lighting illuminating the foliage made for a very peaceful evening even in the heat and humidity. The room was very clean and everything was up to standard. Hot or cold water in the shower, huge tub, clean bathroom, working mini fridge, tv, comfortable bed, and sofa. What more could you ask for? I really did not want to leave and will return very soon for another couple nights! They even had an acoustic act in the lobby, how cool is that?! Next time I will definitely go to the courtyard and bar! Can't wait til the next time!"

"The room was clean but a bit dated. Air conditioner was loud and made sleeping a bit of a challenge everytime it kicked on but the bed was comfortable. The restaurant doesn’t open for dinner until 5:00pm but it was well worth the wait. The food was Excellent, we had the steaks and the bartender had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience very enjoyable. They don’t sell snacks, so bring them if you think you might get hungry between the restaurant hours. They have an Airport Shuttle that starts at 4:00 am which made making our 6:00 am flight a breeze. They will also pick you up at the Airport Car Rental to take you back to the Hotel. It seems to be a high crime area based on the signs I saw but the Hotel was secure. Well stay there again next time we visit Columbus."
