"Very great! Clean and comfortable place. You have all the necessary appliances you need. We felt as if it were our own home. The proximity to the subway station and a 24-hour restaurant near it are both great, and there's also a Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby. It is very convenient when it gets very late after a long day of exploring the country. I would book Grandioso Nakano for my next trip in Japan again! That’s how much I loved staying there!"

"This a great apartment for a family of 4. the space is tight since it is optimized for bed. But the plus of having a washer and a kitchen is a huge plus. We could travel light knowing that we could wash clothes. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with enough towels and napkins for us. "所謂ホテルではなく民泊形式なので、アメニティやタオルなどは期待していませんでしたが、フェイスタオルが多めに用意されており、不足ありませんでした。食器はありますがコップが無いため調達するか持参すると良いです。ロケーションは最高で部屋も広く快適に過ごせますのでオススメです。小さいバルコニーからは海も見えるのですが、生憎まだ肌寒い季節で堪能できなかったのは残念です。"

"一人暮らしの仮住まいをしているような、ウィークリーマンションのような滞在のしやすさで気に入っています。近くは利用できる鉄道駅やバスなども多く、東京方面、横浜方面なども出やすいし、東急バスもいろいろな方面に出るのに便利です。目の前が東急バスの荏原営業所なので、始発で大井町駅方面などに出られるバス停が隣です。施設内にはコインランドリーもあるし（近隣にもあります）、コンビニもちょっとしたスーパーも少し足を伸ばせばある。銭湯などもあります。施設の裏に、アプリで予約して使えるレンタサイクルサービスもあるので、近くの夜遅くまでやっている銭湯などに行くのも便利だったりします。羽田空港を利用する者としては、アクセスも便利（モノレールで天王洲アイル経由りんかい線で大井町乗換、大井町線中延駅、あるいは京浜急行で泉岳寺乗換、浅草線で中延など）。それから、チェックインの時間より前に清掃などが済んでいて入れる場合もあったりします。ショートステイ、ロングステイでも便利な施設だと感じています。"
