"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and quick. They will hold your luggage if your room isn’t ready which is so convenient and we used our spare time to explore the city! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! I loved it, made me feel at home :) 10/10 overall! The area is also super close to Times Square and theres multiple restaurants nearby! Love the area and it’s very safe! We will book again in the future!"

"We used to stay at the Knickerbocker in midtown A year ago we stayed in an air b and B on the upper west side. While in the neighborhood we passed by the Bellaclaire—a beautiful building. "Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. "I enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel whilst in holiday with my Mum. The room was perfect - great size, comfy beds, plenty storage and ideal bathroom. It was in a great location - handy for the subway and loads of great restaurants nearby. The staff were excellent- really friendly amd helpful. The cafe on site was ideal to grab a coffee and croissant before heading out for the day. All in all, a fantastic find!"
