"Pool, beach & property were not like the pictures. Only one elevator worked & took forever. We had ants in our room & one of the toilets broke & flooded both our rooms. Hot water from shower was barely a trickle. No extra towels or paper products available. Only one trash can in entire room but no where on property for us to conveniently empty our trash. Restroom was tiny! Would not recommend"

"A great property. It is a condominiums building, beach front in the Hotel zone.
I liked it.
Rooms and bathroom was very clean.
Premses were clean as well.
Rooms has a Kitchenette. Good lightning, comfy beds.
Restaurant was ok.
I wold stay again"

"Escribo esta opinión con el fin de ayudar a mejorar el servicio del alojamiento. Es necesario realizar un mantenimiento general a la propiedad, ya que el flujo de agua en la regadera es mínimo y un cristal está mal asegurado y podría caerse. También se percibe cierto deterioro en las instalaciones y un problema con hormigas. Asimismo, la comunicación previa a la llegada fue muy deficiente; la falta de respuesta sobre los datos de la reservación me causó mucha desconfianza e incertidumbre....

"First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place.
The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. The shower did not work! there was no water pressure. The air condition was making a lot of noise (imposible to sleep).
