"Secrets claimed this is a "New" property, only part of the building is new and that area is reserved for their "Preferred club members". So the rest of the building has had some updates and it's OK, but not NEW. Very disappointed in their claims. Some of the staff seem to have a distinct problem with what a 'proper dress sandal is' My wife wore the same dress sandal to 6 restaurants and never had a problem. "Our stay was good. Nice resort, good food. They have good staff but some staff have attitude problems. Omar who is outside helping with baggage and welcoming guest. He told us to move our luggage when we just landed. He should have done it. Also when we were going out for excursions we requested drop off in golf cart to next resort and he was rude to us."
