"Definitely upgrade to an oceanfront room with patio….service was overall good. Look for Patricia at the beach and poolside service. She was always attentive and provided superior service. Food at all the restaurants were well prepared, portions were plenty, drinks were great as well. Overall memorable experience."

"Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. Now the hotel was clean but in need of major updates and remodeling. I had a room where the Ac barely worked, even with the ceiling fan on it was still warm in my room. The hallways felt cooler than my room. My shower walls were filthy in some black sort of dirt. I had to go buy dawn dish spray and try to clean them myself since housekeeping never bothered. My shower would flood every time we used it. There were stains on walls. Had a broken glass cup...
