"Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. "

"Overall the location is great and so is the beach. It’s also safe and has security. The condo is in need of an update and the second bathroom smells of the sewer. I’m not picky but this place needs everything replaced. They also were doing construction and it was super loud and messy. Really they should not have rented during construction. The ocean view is great but you do look over 2 roof tops. If your not picky about you accommodations and just want a great location and beach this place is...

"The apartments are exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, although the beach here is quite small (more fishing boats and docking around), and can get busy/not so calm since it’s in the center of the town. Definitely easy to get to anywhere in Playa del Carmen and do tours, dine out and shop. We traveled with older parents and little kids so everyone hung out by the pool - the lounging area is quite big and nice at Magia. "This is the second time we've stayed at Oceana. We like the fact that it is a newer building and has a nice pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location suites us pretty good with everything close by. There is 24 hr person at the front desk and the garage entrance so it feels safe. We will stay again."

"Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!"
