Odalys at the Expedia check-in counter accommodated early check-in and helped us with reservations of restaurants and everything we needed throughout the trip. This property is one of the best all inclusive we’ve ever been to, from staff and services to drinks and food. But the party scene here is unmatched to anything we have ever experienced. "The pools and the staff were excellent. The staff were very welcoming and fun, getting people involved in the activities was great and not weird or pushy. The room was clean, but the bathroom looked like it had been only partially remodeled. The mirror was peeling and you had to really maneuver the sink faucet to get it to shut off but the shower was very nice! The food was not fantastic, but not bad. I have a dairy allergy so my options were more limited, but for the most part I was able to find decent options at every meal. Aside from the minor cosmetic things, it was overall a really great stay. "
