"The entry was clean! The room was not! I was happy that I purchased a sleeping bag because the bed had hair in between the sheets and cover! The A/C blew out - well it was not pleasant!! The carpet CRUNCHED!!! The shower and bath combo 😂 should be replaced with a shower esp as I nearly slipped getting out! I don’t use hotel towels ever so couldn’t be helpful with that info! So no stars for this location!! Best Western Plus-Bayshore Inn was a lot better!"

"Check-in was easy. Got to the room and turned on the fan. It was quite noisy. Front desk sent the maintenance guy in while we were at dinner. He stated that this is the normal sound. We were able to change rooms and the fan was much quieter in this room. I needed more than a sheet to sleep under and the quilt was way too much. Would be nice if they provided blankets also in the rooms. Breakfast was good. had a nice variety to choose from."

"I liked the check in process. It was very efficient. When you step into the office a person comes on a screen and basically does a Zoom call with you. The hotel room was clean. Beverly the housekeeper was amazing, super friendly and always there to help if you needed anything. The hotel has super fast WiFi. The Ice machine worked great and the shower was hot and had lot’s of water pressure. There is a Steakhouse and bar right next door that had great food. The minor issues that you might have...

"The Carter House Inn is a replica of an historic Victorian building and has a quaint, cozy, welcoming feel. We enjoyed a free glass of wine with a delicious dinner (Carter House Inn salad of frisee, pear, kale, spiced pecans), mushroom tart with goat cheese, and poached sockeye salmon, grilled asparagus and delicious lemony hollandaise sauce. "Actually the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The plastic plants and flowers are cheesy, and the host was mediocre. The place was way over rated!"

"The room was okay. Had dirty spots, the fan unit didn’t work, the sink leaked during the night, and the deadbolt didn’t lock. The front staff was alright, although they both were on the phone and talking about scheduling while I was trying to check in, which felt like it drawn on the check in process. The area also wasn’t the best. I personally wouldn’t stay here again."

"rooms, towels and sheets were clean. staff was very helpful and friendly. ice maker was broken, workout room equipment needs some help- treadmill was stuck at an incline and the bikes were not easy to not able to be adjusted. breakfast was subpar, eggs were terrible (maybe it was just our luck that day) and less variety than you would think for a place like this, however they did have a make your own waffle option which is great for the kids. good enough for what you paid for overall though."

"Broken elevator and no help carrying luggage up stairs, musty smell, broken TV, had to change rooms after already unpacking. Moved to an even mustier room which was located next to the ice machine and elevator, it was so noisy it sounded like people were in our room, water in shower smelled so bad it was disgusting and water pooled unless dirty plug was taken completely out.
