The hotel has two sections, one where rooms face the outside and are noisy because of the highway and the central location which is quiet and seems newer. We asked to be relocated to the central location and were accommodated quickly without question. Have used this hotel several times and will definitely return."

"Carter House was a delightful stop on our Redwoods trip. It is attractive, comfortable and calming-a real rest stop. We were treated to a free drink at the bar before dinner and met a delightful bartender who chatted with us. The dining room is very pleasant, the service was excellent and dinner and the free breakfast was delicious. Our rooms were small, but comfortable and attractive, and the fluffy robes in the bathroom were a plus. We were advised to splurge in Eureka and Carter House was definitely worth it."

Needed to tie up some loose ends and found that the Pinc inn was available, how could I not. So happy I got to see this building on the inside, it is absolutely stunning! The current owners have created a super comfortable environment, the beds are amazing! No other hotel in Eureka comes close to this place. If you are visiting Eureka, I highly recommend the Pinc Inn in the beautiful and iconic Pink Lady Victorian."
