"Very noisy, only because the design of the doors . Need to install easy closing mechanism. The are very loud slamming all hours of the night / day . Pillows are also substandard. Overall hotel is great in a prime location but I would not stay again until the doors are fixed "

"The bed was really comfortable, my only issue with the room is the lack of privacy in the bathroom, it’s open concept, not really a separate space. The location was great, near shopping and easy access to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are renovating the lobby, should look really nice when done."

"Came with my husband and daughter. Close to downtown, while being in a quiet area. Great price. The room was clean, and mostly updated - the carpets look older but everything else was quite nice. Heated bathroom floor, balcony. The atrium pool was really nice. The staff were friendly. I will be using this as my go-to hotel when visiting Toronto. "
