Breakfast was very good lots of choice and staff on hand to assist with special requests. Staff in general were very accommodating and friendly. "Check in was a bit odd, about 7:45 pm an no one on small reception desk. Luckily a member of staff walked by to let in locked doors otherwise I would have had to call a number on the door. However, polite staff and a lovely room in a beautiful building"

"Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again."

"We enjoyed two nights at the Clayton Hotel in Leeds. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location suited our needs and the onsite, reasonably priced car parking was a big plus. We ate one evening meal at the hotel and it was very tasty. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. The main thing that stops me giving this a higher score was the broken drawer and damaged bathroom door.
