"Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition."

You can tell the place is well managed and that attention to detail really matters. The staff also deserve a special mention polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. "Mark, at the front desk, was amazing! He took time to explain all the hotel features and even the area, have dining options and tips for exploring the area. He was excellent! The room itself was pristine! Beautiful, so spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing night! Would 100% recommend the Grasshopper Inn to anyone coming to Maine! Loved our stay!"
