"Absolutely amazing host and yummy breakfast!!"

"Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops...

"This place is perfection! The owners are beyond welcoming and so accommodating. The entire place gives off a warm and cozy feeling which makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, it’s nice and quiet but is still walkable to retaurants nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are decorated so beautifully and are very clean. The breakfast was also so delicious and fresh. My boyfriend and I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return the next time we’re in the area!"

"The location in downtown Kennebunkport can’t be beat! Walkable to shopping and dining. It is a contactless stay somewhat like an Airbnb however all instructions and key were left for us at check in and there was a coffee/tea station left stocked for us. The house is an older, antique filled home with all of the quirks that come with that type of home. Our room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Kennebunkport Prelude very much."

"Upon arrival, the innkeeper (I'm so sorry for not remembering her name) was so pleasant & accommodating checking us in. She was also the chef for our breakfasts which were awesome. I would highly recommend this B&B. "
