"This is a property close to the airport. We stayed here to relax a couple of days before we caught a flight home. The service people were very friendly and they spoke English well which was nice. The gym was pretty good and they had a nice pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice variety. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and the food was tasty, a nice way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, convenient and pleasurable place to stay. "

The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport! "

"Quiet and Easy transportation "

"Overall, great and courteous sercie and spacious clean room/wshroom. Though they are a bit dated. The outlets were weirdly wired where some didn’t work while others did but only when we had the main light switch on at all times. "
