"大浴場が非常に広い上に、貸切まであり温泉施設は大満足。また、全館畳敷なため、リラックス感大。また、ドリンクや夜泣き蕎麦などの無料提供サービスも他にあまりないサービスであり、大満足。ただ、苦言はウェルカムサービスのビール。ぬるい上にコップも小さく、スタッフ対応もおざなりで飲んだら直ぐに帰れ感満載。ビール提供を標榜するなら中途半端に義務感満載でスタッフが提供するより無人でサーバ提供した方がいいと思う。 もし出来なく、このままの状態で提供するならウェルカムサービスのビール提供はやめるべき。正直言ってウェルカムなのに気分が悪かった。"

"The host was amazing. He contacted us to see what time to expect us. Whenever we walked up he was at the door to welcome us and show us around. We loved everything about our stay. Now understand that this is a traditional Japanese home. My family enjoyed the experience. "My daughter and I stayed here for one night and stayed in the Japanese style room. It was very comfortable and we had the traditional breakfast in the morning. The food was ok it wasn't to my daughters liking, but I enjoyed mine. The only negative I could say is that Expedia did not inform us of the extra $90CAD we had to pay for the Tourist Tax. Apart from that the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean and well maintained."

"I loved my stay at Comfort Hotel. The room was very spacious and it was so affordable. My room faced the train station but I didn't hear any of the trains coming or going. This hotel offered free snacks and breverages at the huge lounge downstairs. Wonderful after a day of sightseeing around Kyoto. They also offer a free lending library. So unique. I loved the location too. This hotel is right across the street from the Toji Station. Very convient if you want to go to Nara Park or Arashiyama...
