The AC does not work. We rented 3 separate rooms. None of those AC systems worked. Staff said they could not do anything. Horrible experience. Do not recommend staying here.

This hotel is at a clean and convenient location. Walkable distance to restaurants, convenient store and subway station.
Staff are very friendly and offered supports needed.
Room is clean. While small but functionally effective.

Spacious rooms compared to comparable neighboring properties in the same price range with actual Western style bathrooms that have actual to stand inside and sit on toilet without bashing your head and knees against the wall! 👍👍👍

One of the best budget Japanese hotels we've stayed at so far. More spacious, better bathroom fixtures, very clean and looks new. Very near Kannai Station but not that many shops and restos that we prefer.
