"We enjoyed our stay at Berida Hotel. The location was great, just a short drive from the town centre, it's also walking distance. The hotel bistro was very good, and the room was a comfortable size. The only downsides were the lack of a power point near the bedside table, which made charging our phones inconvenient, and the limited table space, which made it difficult to find somewhere to put our drinks when enjoying wine after dinner. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Location near Echo Point and Katoomba Falls is great. Bed was comfortable, very nice towels. Limited availability of front desk, so even though they offer luggage storage, you have to work around their schedule. Biggest issue was the pillows smelled bad and no one was at the desk when we realized it. Luckily found some pillows in a cabinet that didn’t smell."

"We were there for 5 night's and the manager indicated not long after we settled in that as were were there for an extended period, if a bigger unit became available he would shift us to that. As we had already moved everything in, my wife told him not to worry (I would not have said that). As they already knew well in advance that we were there for 5 nights I thought they may have given us a bigger unit anyhow. During our stay, while supplies were replenished regularly the towels were not changed, maybe that was our fault. Other places we have been at would have automatically done that. Parking allocations were not always strictly adhered to, although it was not a major issue. Overall, we were happy with the room and the location."
