Hotels near Yering Gorge Bushland Reserve

"Not a bad hotel just up the road from the main town centre of Lilydale. Only a five minute walk to the Lilydale International Hotel (great meals). On arrival I found the room to be clean and in very good order. The staff in the office were very helpful and guided me to various places around town. I had found out later that this hotel is part 'social housing' / 'halfway house'. When I woke Sunday morning, the police were present and I assume someone had O-D'd in a room up from me, as an ambulance arrived shortly after. This was not a problem and did not hinder my stay at the Econolodge. Would I stay again, absolutely !"

"The place was very quiet and relaxing. Joanne, the property owner was accommodating and very generous. Free breakfast was provided as well. Will come back again."
