"I stayed in a room that had laundry and a separate nook for the floor Mats with my two kids and husband. It was perfect. Pros: very close to shops and restaurants all walkable and quiet, as well as close a shrine/temple area. Very pretty area around hotel Laundry in suite Hotel area was spacious and really nice. "Huuuuge rooms by any city standard. Lovely spa/waterfall tub. Not far from Kyoto or Gion. Located in residential area. Amazing rooftop - also huge with lovely views. Dryers did not work - 4 hours later our clothes were still soggy. Staff helpful. Recommend. "
