"The hotel was really nice and had good sized rooms! We opted into not having full cleaning service their “eco clean service” and got two 500 yen coupons to use in the hotel during our stay, we used them for 2 drinks at the bar. We did get towels switched out daily which was very easy to do. I would just say they need more pillows on the bed and more than 1 little trash can, nothing majorly wrong just personal preference. Really great stay and conveniently located by the trains!"

The staff are always welcoming and helpful in assisting with any issues faced — whether it be concerning the hotel or my itinerary for the day, they were able to assist with my queries the best they could. The rooms themselves were okay, as the space of the room made it quite cramped to walk around. The bed mattress was very hard, and the pillows were too soft, so there were some nights where I woke up with a strained neck and shoulders. Otherwise, it was an overall great stay :)."
