The property is easy to get to from Kyoto station, the staff are all so friendly and professional, the amenities are great, rooms are clean and comfortable. "This place is located perfectly if you're looking for quick access to dotonburi and amerikumua. We went during typhoon season and it was hot and rainy but the AC was really cold in the room and access to the Walk and trains was really close. I loved how friendly the staff was and they recommended an amazing yakitori place across the street our first night. They had all the amenities you would need in the room and restocked it every day. I never knew when they turned down our room but the bed was always made and towels hung. I don't usually recommend hotel breakfast but this one was amazing if you want Japanese and continental choices and all the Boss coffee you can drink! They even have ice cream machine that was amazing."

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F."
