Everything is perfect. Every morning with nice breakfast. Very clean hotel. Staffs are super polite. this hotel provide a lot upon request things such as handiplus for free I will stay back here again if i travel to yamagata again. Good Job to the hotel management.

Usually I don't have a problem in staying in smoking rooms, but the room I was given in this hotel was incredibly smoky. What made things worse was that the smell of tobacco was literally permeating from every corner of the room! I could even smell it in the bathroom! Those with sensitive noses should beware of this.

Convenient location with a tiny bathrooom.
Location is great in a wonderful city, only a few minutes walk from the JR Station. Hotel room was small as most are, but the bathroom was so small it was hard to use. It's a modular build, so you have to step up into the bathroom which creates a tripping hazard. Bed was comfortable but you just barely had room to walk around it, so suitcase storage was an issue and we only had one small carry-on each. I will not stay in another Comfort Inn in Japan if I have any other reasonable choice. We stayed in one in Himeji a couple of years ago and experience the same issues as in this one.

작지만 야마가타 역과 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 좋았던 점이라면 첫째, 직원들이 아주 친절했어요. 제가 딴 호텔에 통화할 일이 있었는데 잘 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 둘째, 아침식사가 기대 이상으로 좋았습니다. 정갈하고 맛있었어요. 다음에 또 오고 싶습니다. 잘 쉬었다 가요!

清潔な気持ちの良いホテル
清潔で気持ちよく宿泊できました。 朝食は時間前に行ったのですが、他にも早く来た人がいたのを見て早めに開始するなどの気の使い方もあり、よかったです。
