This was my 2nd time at the hotel, location is goon not far from city center, hotel still new excellent condition, room size good enough for 2 persons with all the amenities, breakfast lots of variety and delicious, free parking, highly recommended.

It was a good stay the hotel was clean the stuff was friendly stuff but the problem that I have faced with the hotel management they they have changed the price of the reservation and they have added more money by the way I was being in u.s. dollars and they have changed the price also

The hotel is more than wonderful and beautiful in everything, the calm is the beauty of the road and the staff, but there is a note only when entering, there is no person to help you carry bags, otherwise everything is good

Great staff. Rooms are very clean and not small. The bathrooms are very clean. Hair dryer is great. Air condition is working during COVID-19. The breakfast is very delicious. Nice lobby. They have swimming pool, sauna and other services included.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly, service was good, and food was good. The only thing I didn't like is that I paid for half board and the dinner was a preset single option meal that cannot be changed.

Hilton In Yalova, October 2020
Hotel was nice only minor flaw, no triple glazed windows, thus cars from the main road was heard when passing. Additionally, due to Covid-19, no sauna facilities were available. The swimming pool was relatively cold, we went up after 30-40 min as too cold, swimming area was not well heated, and jacuzzi in swimming pool did not seem to function. Otherwise, no concerns with the stay. I am not sure that the hotel offers any vegan options, as I inquired in the reception in respect to breakfast.

We arrived 3 am with a group of 20, checked in very quickly room was perfect size and bathroom very good. I would recommend staying here good food, lovely pool and very good staff that understand customer service concept very well. Good gym and recommend the hammam. All in all pleasantly surprised at how good it was.
