This was the best hotel I stayed during my trip in Turkey. Nice room, modern, fresh, very good breakfast. The only thing - I stayed in october and in the room was only very thin blanket, it was a bit cold.

Room is not designed well and clean curtains were dirty. There was a hair ball on the floor. To have a coffe or tea you need to move the kettle next to a plug . İn the shower there was no place to put soap, gel, shapoo ..

Very small bathrooms and the shower’s they blocked they need a plumber to clean what ever is blocked I didn’t take a shower long I was there.

I’ve traveled extensively to 120 countries around the world. I chose this hotel as the Hilton Garden Inn was full. I carefully read the reviews and decided since they have a full breakfast buffet, I’d stay here. The 3 bed room was ok. The beds were hard to sleep in but heck considering many of the countries I’ve been to, I could handle it. Caution, the area is extremely noisy so bring ear plugs. Breakfast was a major disappointment. A woman putting the tomato and cucumber placed one of each one my plate. It was almost comical my reaction. I asked for more. It was almost trying to get gold out of Ft Knox. The breakfast selections were small portions and not worth the effort. I asked for a cup of coffee and it was an additional charge. With that, I just checked out and checked into the Hilton early and has a “second breakfast” at a location where you can serve yourself with unlimited portions of fruits, veggies and everything you can imagine. Oh yes, and complimentary coffee. The Hilton gym, spa, sauna and stream room was exceptional. Unfortunately these services were not available at this hotel. Thank God I booked only 1 night. The difference in price was $6 for three adults. I think my review speaks for itself.

Terrible hotel rooms not as shown on photos
We were put in a tiny smoking room that's not shown on any of the photos on the website of hotel.com,we were told this is the standard room, I spent two hours on the phone with a useless agent of hotels.com to try to fix the situation, but got no where and felt sick being on the phone with for so long. So we succumbed to the situation and spent 5 uncomfortable days.

The breakfast was very little and pathetic and it was a surprise to serve such breakfast in Turkey. Also the internet connection required Turkish residency ID no. or Turkish mobile number in particular. So I spent my stay without internet & lost from my family & friends

Because it is the central system it works hot in winter. It does not work both hot and cold at the same time.He wants to cool the room, which is heated by natural gas, with air conditioning. It is not true.Thanks..

Never Beksiti hotel again
This hotel is not as good as the reviews says, so i think they are fake. I got a dirty room. The shower had some sort of mold and thats discusting. The breakfast was not anyting like on the pics in the add. And it didnt tast as good eather. I could easily hear the neigbour in the next room. And the windows was not noicecanselling at all, so barking dogs in the neighbourhood woke me up quite a few times each night. So i hope people stay away from this hotel. Never Beksiti hotel for me again!!
