"Location location location! Itā€™s on the water and smack in the middle of the strand! The water tours leave in front of the hotel. Great Lake views! If you come in summer they do fireworks show on the lake and you get a front row seat. Higher rooms get a better view. Rooms are clean and the staff were very nice. Meals were a set menu and good value for the price. The facilities were dated and worn and they really need to fix the lighting in the hallways as it looks dark. The onsen is quite small and could use a facelift. Unfortunately you donā€™t get a view from the dining hall or the onsen. Regardless Iā€™d go back again as the hotel is good value and the staff were very nice."
