"For a one week trip to Japan and traveling solely in the Tokyo Prefecture area? This was great. We chose this hotel because it was closer to NRT airport. It worked in our because they had a free shuttle to/from the airport (with a schedule/start & end time) which saved us money. We just planned our days around the last train/shuttle schedule. The closest train from the hotel was at the airport, too so it was easy to follow. When we first arrived, before we checked in we used their luggage...

"Super clean hotel. Good location but a little bit of a walk to major subway lines. The late night noodles are delicious. Can’t comment on the hot spring bath because I have tattoos that cannot be covered, but the policy was clear upon booking so it was not a problem for me. The room was always cleaned very well everyday. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Airport shuttle services to and fro efficient and easy to locate at airport. Once at hotel the concierge will assist you to check in. Tim, chief concierge was super helpful and speaks English well. Staffs at checking in very polite and friendly. Hotel is a little aged but clean. Overall nice hotel to stay in."
