"This hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful and respectful. The facilities including the club lounge were very good. My only comment would be regarding breakfast where the buffet could be improved by offering a few items like a variety of fruit juices which were not available. However, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who was visiting Tokyo."
