"The place was wonderful.
No traditional “check in” process as much as someone meeting us at the front door. She was nice and helpful and got us to our room. Room was fantastic, rooftop pool was fairly dirty but it is the off season. The view from the top was wonderful and it has a comfy, covered hangout space.
Everything in the room worked great and was comfortable. The room facing the street was pretty loud late into a Saturday night, but the room on the other side was quiet."

"El hostal cumple con la descripción y precio, se encuentra sobre la carretera en la salida de Bacalar, el desayuno incluido es bastante modesto (pan, mantequilla y mermelada), las bicicletas requieren mantenimiento por lo que recomiendo cobrar una cuota de recuperación para mantenerlas en buen estado, así como también los kayaks, tienen lockers para guardar cosas de valor por lo que recomiendo llevar candado, aunque es bastante seguro y no se me perdió nada. "We stayed as a group of 11 (2 families with 5 minors and the grandparents) at this property for 10 days. The property and the team are fantastic.
The location is right at the lagoon with direct and private access to it. We saw the most impressive sun rises and sun sets.
The property is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It is also very nicely blended into the surrounding nature which provides a very special setup for relaxing and disconnecting from the daily stress.

"The staff here are friendly and helpful! Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the them. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is a bit poor, as you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Overall, a great experience despite the noise."
