"Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...

"We stayed here before travelling up to my wedding. It was a perfect hotel to meet my family at the airport, once you do the walk once it is fairly easy to get to Glasgow International. The breakfast was great and evening restaurant does amazing food, and the staff were the best. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"I love an older hotel with charm and this was it! Very friendly proprietor, excellent breakfast. Did not try WIFI. Located near train station and the beautiful Paisley abbey in the student section but still close to the Glasgow airport. No elevator."

"I love staying in this hotel, it has all I need. The one criticism I have and it is big for me is the gym is poor! The three treadmills have not been serviced as the tread belts are jerky unless you run at over 6mph/10kph min this can be injury inducing. The free weights are none existing and there are no mats for core work. People on travel for work deserve the facilities to keep fit."

"Staff and check in were good. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, although the tub area could do with a re-caulking. The mattress and bedding were pleasant. The building is a multifunction one with a restaurant, paid gym, and hotel. Food at the restaurant was US/UK menu. Breakfast was in the restaurant and was a British breakfast buffet with everything of a decent standard, although the eggs had the taste and texture of a premix dehydrated variety. "The hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff was lovely. The room was perfect. The coffee machine at the entrance was a lovely touch and tasted great. So much of the machines taste yuck but for £1 coffee was excellent value. Would 100% go back. I have MS so would have preferred to be closer to shops but thats because my walking isnt great. For those who dont have mobility issues its within walking distance of so much places. But ubers were super fast picking us up so it wasnt an issue. And if...
