"We were given the wrong room twice. There aren't enough lifts so you have to wait. The mattress had blood stains on it. The breakfast buffet was not refilled quickly enough."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The distance to attractions were a bit far. Still walkable but it would take 15-20’ to walk to get to them. That is also true for restaurants and cafes. It is great if you have a conference as it is so close to convention center. I stayed 2 nights and for 2 nights it was good."

"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."
