아주 맘에 듭니다. 깔끔하고 로비 라운지나 옥외 라운지도 좋습니다. 위치나 주변식당 등 편의시설이 아주 잘 갖춰져있습니다. 건물 1층에 마트도 있고 맞은편에 왓슨도 있고 피자헛, KFC와 커피숍, 식당 등이 위치해있습니다.
