Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Voici un hôtel dans lequel je ne remettrai pas les pieds ! Aucun personnel ne parle anglais (même ultra basique). Escalier sans ascenseur pour les 2 premiers étages. Sols pas nettoyés depuis plus de 3 ou 4 mois. WC & évier bouchés. Insonorisation nulle. Odeurs de cigarettes dans tout l'hôtel (et pourtant je suis moi même un fumeur). Petit déjeuner = uniquement un plat de soupe chinoise. A mon avis, il s'agit d'un hôtel de passes si je me fie à ce que j'ai pu voir et à la documentation reçue discrètement sous la porte ! Note importante également : le positionnement sur la carte est erroné et comme il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone (à part celui de hotels.com), j'ai tourné pendant une bonne heure avec ma valise pour le trouver. Pour terminer sur une note positive : le lit est agréable et les standards de dimensions et d'équipements de la chambre sont respectés. Mon conseil : Fuyez !
