the first day check in , be arranged in a room not suitable with the picture showed (the room should be a downgrade level), we complained to customer service manger ,and be informed that's a wrong picture in Expedia, they can help us cancel the booking or change a special room in top floor, but there has no other hotel can be chose in Xiamen island during Chinese new year, we have to choose OP2 which is change to a special room in top level, the alternative room was larger than original one, but owing to it's not a normal hotel room (not for sell during normal day) the facility is not that good: can't close cabinet door, some lights out of work,curtain in bathroom can't be well closed or open ETC. it's not worth compare with the price

In general, I loved the hotel and had a great stay in the Club room on the 28th floor. My only problem was that the car service I had ordered via the hotel to take me to the airport dropped me off at the wrong terminal which made for a very stressful return trip. I was surprised at how few of the employees spoke English in an understandable manner.

Amazing stay
Beautiful hotel. Efficient and friendly staff. Compliments to Jack or Jackie fr the food court (restaurant manager I think) for his great service.

Both air conditioning units in the first suite was not working, i.e. stuck in heating mode. After unsuccessful attempts to fix it we were promptly shown to another suite. But the second suite was noticeably less clean and suffered from more wear and tear. Overall experience was good and service was impeccable.

Je suis extrêmement déçu D'EXPEDIA. Avec la crise, aucun moyen de vous rejoindre et de canceller une réservation en chine. Les frais sont porté à ma carte et aucune possibilité soit de canceller ou de déplacer la réservation. Vous êtes très décevant. Quel manque de professionnalisme.

性价比很高
暑期临时决定全家老小一起出游厦门,突击的看了不少厦门的酒店,发现五星级的普遍都比较老设施都比较陈旧。偶然间看到这家洲际果然是家宝藏酒店。房间大,设施都比较新,干净卫生,服务生都很热情,停车也很方便。位置离海边近,虽然离旅游景点基本都有20多分钟到半小时的车程,自驾的话也不是问题。而且离旅游区远一点点,酒店人员不会特别嘈杂,用餐、搭电梯、使用泳池等设施都比较舒服,不会乱糟糟。特别满意,全家老小都住的很开心。再来厦门还会选择

除了住了四天,房間被單都沒有換,很不習慣。 服務人員、房間設施、早餐供應都很滿意。 非常開心,廈門環境也很好!

海景很棒!可以看到金門島!早餐也不錯!因為當天早到,感謝服務人員先安排房間讓我先入住,訊問一些旅遊資訊時,也是很熱心協助,唯一美中不足的是,用早餐裝果汁的鐵蓋,沒有清潔乾淨,連續兩天都是如此,可能要留心

주변에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있고, 주말동안 아주 조용한 분위기에서 여유롭게 보내다 왔습니다. 다만 에어컨 작동이 자꾸 멈춰요.

Please read before you book!!
Worth reading before you book!! In general I am staying up to 100 nights annually in hotels, however this 4-day stay was the most memorable one in NEGATIVE sense!! 1. Check in @ cleaning: delayed by several hours. Finally got a smoking room (booked non-smoking) with fresh smoking smell and cigarets remaining on the floor. After claiming by manager needed to escape room due to chemicals used to refresh air. Changed room. New room was worse and not better like promised. In mean time all restaurants closed so missed nice dinner experience and was forced to use room service. In total was forced to move room 2 times. First 24h of vacation gone. 2. Free night or free dinner compensation promised by manager. Promise not kept by hotel by check out. Paid full price. 3. Breakfast Restaurant: extremely full and noisy. If being there after 10:00 for bfast buffee looked like... 4. Elevator/electricity stoped working for 2-3 hours. Was blocked in my room on 23 floor. Room service: canceled order after 1 hour waiting. No TV in room after el. incident. Gave up calling hotel staff to fix. To save more trouble! Last day vacation "lost". As a summary recommend this hotel to all who have during vacation nothing better to do than deal with all different trouble related to your 5***** hotel experience. Enjoy your stay ;-)
