Amazing place, would definitely come back We had a great stay at Boulevard Drobnera Residence. The apartment was spotless, modern and really comfortable - everything felt new(because it’s is, nice receptionist said that it fresh new hotel from February)and well designed. The bed was super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for a few days in the city. The location is a huge plus. It’s right by the river (we had river view) and only a short walk to the Old Town, so you’re close to everything but still in a quiet area. Perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with the staff was easy and fast, which made the whole stay stress-free. Check-in was smooth and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Also we checked in earlier then 3pm, it was sweet Overall, this is a place I would honestly recommend to anyone coming to Wrocław. Great standard, great location and very good value for money. I’d happily stay here again.

C’était un séjour incroyable, l’un des plus beau hôtel que j’ai fait, petit déjeuner délicieux tout était franchement très bon, personnel accueillant souriant. Chambre très propre avec jacuzzi c’est génial. Super bien équipé. Je recommande vivement à refaire.

Mooi en schoon!

Mooie accommodatie, met een mooie sportschool. Goede bedden en erg schoon. Mooie locatie ten opzichte van het centrum. Circa 5 minuten lopen. Nadeel is wel dat het 's avonds en 's nachts wat rumoerig is van mensen die uit de stad komen.

En fint besök på detta nya hotel

En bra vistelse för familjen. Fina och rena rum. Rymligt. Vi hade lägenhet med kök. Stor kyl och frys. Diskmaskin & Tvättmaskin. Parkering är i garage och få platser. Personalen löste problemet att deras platser blivit fulla på ett bra sätt. VI är mycket nöjda med deras toppenservice på alla plan.

Täuschende Beschreibung & enttäuschender Service – nie wieder! Wir waren im Juni 2025 in der Boulevard Drobnera Residence und haben eine Suite mit Flussblick und Balkon gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit minimalem Flussblick und einem Balkon direkt zur vielbefahrenen Straße – völlig anders als beschrieben. Direkt nach dem Check-in baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer. Die Rezeption zeigte sich überheblich, gleichgültig und hatte keinerlei Interesse, unser Problem zu lösen – obwohl es den Anschein hatte, dass eine Lösung möglich gewesen wäre. Expedia hat schnell und professionell reagiert – vielen Dank dafür! Das Hotel hingegen blieb komplett stur und zeigte keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Man hatte das Gefühl, Beschwerden werden hier bewusst ignoriert. Fazit: Schönes Gebäude, aber null Service – wir waren extrem enttäuscht und raten von diesem Hotel ganz klar ab.
