Nice size and very clean apartment. The most attractive feature is location. You can find several restaurants on the ground floor, a shopping mall just across the street and the town square is just a 10-minute walk.

Meticulously clean. Small item like missing soap in one spot was resolved by me, since hard to reach privately owned apartments.

Apartment ok and good location to walk to old town. However it was not made very clear regarding parking prior to arrival, you must book a space as they are limited . Receptionist not really helpful regarding alternative parking advice, luckily my boyfriend is Polish and asked someone on the lobby desk who told us yes you can park onsite but at double the cost, why the original receptionist for the lettings could not tell us this was annoying as we wasted time.

We came already several times. Good localisation near to city center. Underground parking necessary because no place in street. The room is big enough with our child. However, there was less furniture as usual; what made us a bit disappointed. One night, there were people (drunk?) making noise in the corridor. I think still a good value for price but quality reduced compared to past.

freezer did not work

the only reason why I booked an apartment and not a hotel was to have a kitchen. The freezer was not working though, so I could not store any fresh food. I advised the apartments 3 times (1 by email, 2 at the reception) but nothing was fixed and I was not offered an alternative.

The apartment was great and close to the old town and Panorama Raclawicka. The lobby was very hard to find and when we walked in the front desk staff was very unpleasant and not friendly at all. There were garbage bags all over in the lobby. Good luck finding parking! We parked at the hotel and thank God there was space it cost us about 30$ for 24 hours which wasn’t bad.

Smelled like cigarettes inside one of the bathrooms, dirty bedsheets, my pillowcase had blood stains on it, next-door neighbors having a party all night long. Parking is complicated only 21 spots available for Apartments so I paid public parking.

Torn bedding, unwashed dishes, no miniatures in the bathroom, calcified iron, lots of dust, mementos of previous tenants hidden in the cabinets, such as empty bottles, etc. The bathroom stinks of something throughout the room, the shower leaks. The shower itself has probably never been washed, looking at the accumulated scale. Ants in the alcove for the washing machine in the bathroom and in the alcove of the sliding door. The quality is inadequate to the price, despite the low price. Research the reviews of this place and look at the photos from customers. The main problem is probably the service of the cleaning staff. The standard is not impressive - the place has its best years behind already and the place needs renovation.
