"Great location - close to Waverly and a short walk to the main sights while being far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding blocks as well as a Boots for any quick pick up needs. The hotel was beautiful, well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are in Edinburgh."
"Bed was comfortable. Everything very clean. Took a few tries to get into the unit (didn’t know we had to lean extra heavily into door to open). Location was great. Within walking of everything we wanted to see. If we return to Edinburgh in the future we will check here first for our place to stay. "
"Loved the homey apartment that fit our whole family (7) in one location. So easy to get around and very helpful and professional staff. Definitely a great place to stay!"
"We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June ~ hotel is located within a walk to Royal Mile and is located on a quiet street. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Great location. The breakfast is really good. Staff is very helpful at the front desk. There’s even a place to do your laundry in the basement. I really like this place. It’s a lot cheaper than a hotel."
"Our stay was better than expected and we were very happy. The staff was kind and helpful. Check-in instructions were sent ahead of time and the actual process went very quickly. We arrived early and staff held our luggage until our room was ready. Our rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the laundry facilities one night, which were available all night and much appreciated. Housekeeping was efficient and maintenance offered to fix a squeaky door for us. The location was central, just a half block off the Royal Mile, which was very convenient. I would stay here again!"
"The staff here were amazing and very helpful. The proximity to most things is wonderful and it is located near many food options. Would recommend this place again. "
"Being in the center of everything, it was a bit noisy one of the nights because of a nearby club. However, the hotel was very accommodating and quickly moved us to another room. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
"This was a perfect location for our first trip to Edinburgh. We were absolutely thrilled with the room and location. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We plan on returning soon!"
