"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution..."

"Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged "

"The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also a good size, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The carpet was in very good condition noticeably better than what I have experienced at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. "The location is great...just a few minutes walk to Westfield Parramatta, restaurants and the train and bus station. The breakfast buffet is good...the pastries are to die for, there's an abundance of fruits, the miso soup and kimchi are yum, the rice and the noodles can be improved though.
