"Helpful staff on check in, friendly and hotel is well paced and clean. Breakfast buffet never disappoints. Have been many times and never had a bad experience."

"The hotel is very clean and central to so much in Bath while still being quiet. A couple downsides that really brought down the experience though: 1) The sauna was down which was a big part of the reason we wanted to stay. This was a known shutdown but was not reflected on hotels.com. This is a major amenity so without it the cost should be adjusted 2) The only available reservation to visit the Thermae spa, one of their partners, was 9-11am the morning of checkout. I asked the front desk if we could extend checkout to just 12pm to accommodate. They said yes but it was going to be an extra 10£. I could see if we were asking for a late checkout on a busy weekend but it was a Monday morning, not known for being a busy check in day for hotels. 3) I was supposed to receive a welcome drink per hotels.com but they did not offer one and no easy way to reference that that was owed per my reservation"

Future Inn Bristol

"The ‘Future’ Inn was more a vision of the future from the 1990’s. Could do with a re-fit. Felt a bit tired. I ended up with a vow of the noisy main road, and for some reason a disabled bathroom with dirty grout, and cracked tiles on the wet-room floor. The high shower outlet was clogged and poor jets, the lower adjustable rail only came up to my chest, so showers were pretty uncomfortable, and the floor got very wet. Despite booking late checkout, I was disturbed by cleaners early - luckily I wasn’t within view after having a crap shower 😆 Bae was closed pretty early and no food available at 2am… had to eat a load of Pringles and peanuts before bed… all in all a bit shoddy for the price. Sorry"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. . The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, the service exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future."
