"Side story is of Hotels.com upgrading at no extra cost my Stay due to original booking's last minute cancellation. I ended up here. Beds and room clean and comfy. Bathroom starting to disintegrate."

"THIS PLACE IS AWFULL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There was bed bug which I didn't realize until I was eaten up with them. I requested a NON smoking room and all they would give me was SMOKING. I went to make coffee in my room and the coffee pot had an old filter full of MOLD. I have the pictures to prove this. I told the front office clerk and all he said was "Sorry about that" Are you Kidding??? The Health Dept needs to inspect that location and I will definitely keep on this."

"Rude customer service. Tv was messed up and called front desk, he said to watch the 2 channels or nothing. Channels were partial porn and QVC. He refused th o come check it out or replace tv. Room wasn't great, partial clean, noisy, bed hard. Sheets keep coming off bed cause bottom sheet was a flat sheet. Won't stay there again."

Lights on Vacancy sign flashing but everything locked and no one would answer the phone. Hotels.com relocated us for one night but we needed to and could not find another for the next night. Never book with Lenox Inn. in Lenox GA."
