"Our room was right next to the pool. I love that you can just send a text for any needs and to check out. The rooftop pool was amazing as well as the lazy river. We had tall ceilings in our room which made a small space seem less crowded."

"Fire alarm went off at midnight. The room door and bathroom door had to be slammed shut to actually stay closed. Beds were extremely hard. Elevators quit working. Ice machines were broken. The late night bracelet was a joke, only 2 things stayed opened. "

"Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. Which I did not like she did not make me comfortable there should have been no outburst from her. I’d rather have a staff member who couldn’t get my card working then one that thinks she can be hostile and get an attitude over another employee I was unimpressed with th senior staff "
