"Back door was not secure. Anytime could walk in and have access to rooms. "

"Had a great stay here. The 3 beds really help for large families. Saw several rooms around indoor pool that looked unoccupied. Hope to see the owners and staff get the hotel to 100%. Beds were comfy and the free breakfast in the mornings was very good and was very surprising with it. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and your other typical things like bagels and cereal. The coffee and juices were very good also. It may look rough on the outside compared to the newer hotels but they are great and a lot cheaper."

"Very clean room. Loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub in the king suite. Breakfast is better than other continental breakfasts at hotels."

"Bed was terrible. No maid service at all. No fresh towels or made up bed, garbage cans not emptied. Not recommended at all."

"The location was great, just off the interstate and close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. The main problem I have with Motels/Hotels is the noise from neighboring rooms. The people around us were quite and the group sitting on the upstairs balcony finished their gathering before we went to bed. The room was great, looked newly refreshed. Good mattress, enough towels and the water from the faucet had a fresh taste. They supplied all the extras you might need in the room so that you don't have to walk up the the night clerk to ask for a toothbrush or tooth paste, those items were really nice. We enjoyed just sitting on one of the swings (and rocking chairs) to watch the sunset."

"Just about the whole park was closed and the outdoor parks were only open on the weekend. It’s a waste of money to go while they are under renovation "

"Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers."

"The cabins are spaced out thoughtfully and having our own spacious deck to have coffee on and enjoy the air and scenery was relaxing. Lois was quick to answer any calls/questions we had and made checking in so easy to do without having to wait at a counter. It smelled so clean inside the cabin and it felt like we were the only ones to have been there before"
