"property issues: Room #3: noisy rooms especially with adjoining doors, there was a family with kids next to us and it was noisy noisy noisy, drafty front door, no gasket to keep wind out, shower water pressure OK but shower head not working properly, came out like a garden hose, no hangers in closet could not hang up hiking clothes, (cafe/breakfast not open (they only tell you that once you book), pictures on website make the rooms look way better than they are. the only reason to stay here is...

"The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. "

The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. "I booked two rooms for two nights I booked a month ahead of my stay. I called twice to verify my stay. I get there to find out they booked my two rooms on two different floors. When I complained about it the manger told me that it's not a guarantee to get rooms next to each other.
