"I Loved my stay here! I picked this location because it’s close to my family and I was flying in to visit, but after staying her I have fell in love with the pet friendly building so much that I have decided to apply to move here when my lease is up in Las Vegas!! The parking is so convenient and the rooftop is my favorite place ! I felt so at peace here and if you are a dog lover it’s the best place to make some new furry friends! Words can not describe this place you have to check it out...

We were located close to a lot of dining options that were walking distance, which was convenient, because it was hard to find parking depending on the time of day. The area itself was loud at times, but bearable; the apartment was very cute and equipped with basic things you would need. "What a GREAT place to stay! You are close to the Italian market with two pretty well known Cheesesteak locations (one being in Rocky!). Just a little further down you can get an AMAZING Cannoli, and then on the other end of the Italian Market is a superb pretzel place (made by 100 year old machine!). Depending on your mobility, all of this is within walking distance! We didn't have a car, but with how easy public transportation is and the closeness of bus stops, we didn't let distance stop us!...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great - close to a ton of shops, restaurants, coffee, and also close to the Broad Street Line subway. We also enjoyed the kitchen and laundry amenities. The space was a little tight for the three of us but it was worth the location. We are used to the parking situation in South Philly, but I would caution people who are not to look for a different spot, because almost everything in this neighborhood is permit parking and there are no paid lots...

"Pretty quiet residential neighborhood with really nothing in easy walking distance, but tons of easy street parking so if you have a car, great. Best part is the proximity to the park and the Mann Music Center, which was what brought me to town! The host was SO helpful and SUPER easy to ask anything, with virtual immediate response!
