This hotel may be better during high season but for this particular stay, it was lacking quite a bit. The room was okay, but looks like it may not have ever had a cleaning. Huge cob webs were in many corners. The headboard was not completely attached to the wall and we had seen behind it. Also had NEVER been cleaned. There was also a hole somewhere in the wall that a gecko kept coming in and out of. We had a gecko in the room about three times. Our room was never serviced. We had to go down to the front desk to ask. They also don’t provide beach towels you must use your room towels. For the price we paid there were much nicer hotels with better service. I also realize that bugs will be an issue at any hotel, but on our first nights stay we had left the room and left our air conditioner and fan on. When we came back to the room we had about 40 little tiny wings on our bed... after we swept them off we saw some of the wingless bugs on the bed and on the floor. Very similar to ants but a little bit bigger. Again, I realize that bugs will be a problem but this was the worst that we saw. As well they advertised warm showers but it was cold water. Again, manageable but not what we thought we were paying for. Wifi was also not available through the entire resort but was advertised. The dive resort next door had wifi and good food for a good price.

I wouldn't stay here again, even if you paid me.
I am not normally one to criticise a premise as I understand how this can have an impact on the welfare and livelihood of staff that work there, however, I can not honestly recommend this place to anyone. There is no pool as indicated in the advertisement. There is however a beautiful beachfront area that we did enjoy, however you definitely need shoes to get to the water's edge due to the sharp coral. We attend these premises with other friends and therefore booked out 3 rooms. Not one of these 3 rooms were clean. The toilet door required a masterful tact to shut it & the bathroom fan had no cover over it so of the night the room was invaded by bugs and mosquitoes. We had to request to have our rooms cleaned and the Operational front desk staff were despondent and did not pass on the message to the cleaners. It took us three days before we actually got fresh sheets & towels. Our original sheets had holes in them and one of the pillows had blood on the pillowcase. On the third night, we had a mouse in our room. Our friends actually had to move rooms on night two due to a rat climbing up onto their bed. All in all, I would never stay here again.

Poor customer service to worsen other shortcomings
Rundown place, plenty of mosquitoes, rats making sound in the night, bathroom wasn't clean, surrounding was stinking with sewerage water and to top it all very poor customer service!!!
