"The double sofa sleeper was a fold down futon and not big enough for two adults. I wouldn’t advise 4 people staying in the basement unit unless it’s children. There were ants crawling around right from the start, in the entrance and in the apartment. The air conditioner had no control panel and it was hot and no air flow in the basement. "This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"The room was clean and spacious enough for a short trip. I did appreciate having a washer and dryer (one unit) in the room. There aren't any cleaning services or garbage removal unless requested, but it's an extra charge, so the bin was overflowing by the end of our trip. But the location is great, the building is clean and the shopping convenient. There is a whole foods for groceries, lots of restaurants and tons of shopping. Worth the price."
