"The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again."

"Generally clean and spacious. Problems that rated it poorly are, It is over the tube station and the room vibrate constantly when tubes are running. We were on the 3rd floor. The door all bang hard because they are closers. You can hear the neighbour rooms also constantly banging. It is extremely annoying - especially at night. TV station is only terrestrial - basic TV.
